Dear Sirs We are an export house in England servicing First Aluminium Nigeria PLC , an Aluminium rolling mill situate in Port Harcourt We have a firm requirement as follows: Melting & Holding Furnace. The specifications are as follows: - 16 to 20 ton melting and holding furnace- Melting capacity minimum 4 ton per hour- Loading and pouring at opposite sites- Loading door dimensions minimum 1.5*1.5 meter- Maximum height 6.7 meter- Regenerative burners on natural gas- Are other, alternative, energy source, such as diesel, possible?- Burners with stack and pressure control system- Scrap type - 60 % Bailed scrap + 20 % Primary metal + 20 % loose scrap- Metal treatment to be done in the furnace- Available options for loading loose scrap I would appreciate a quotation:  In US Dollars, and  Basis: CNF Onne, Nigeria.
