URGENT - I live in Hankou, Shanghai. I bought a Sumsung 7000 series TV last year. It broke down 8 weeks ago and nobody will help to fix it. I thought Samsung had a good reputation but I am discussing my problems with friends and it seems I should not have bought the TV. My wife is at home with NO TV!!! Her Mobile No is 136-6187-1267.
