Dear Sir, Please allow us to introduce our company as a 32 years old, well established and entirely a Professional entity operating in Karachi - Pakistan. Apart from our other seller of Metal Scrap (HMS-1/2 and Used Rails), we now have Mandate-ship from our seller in Dubai & Usa who can undertake supply of HMS-1/2 in the quantity range of 3000MT to 30, 000MT (spot or long terms bulk). This same Seller has also acquired HMS-1/2 ownership for a total quantity of 430, 000Mt in Venezuela for which SGS Visual Inspection Survey Report is available. The price of HMS-1/2 from Dubai or Venezuela has been fixed at Ask Buyer PMT CIF. Our payment terms is by Confirmed, Irrevocable, Non-transferable LC 100% payable at sight. Having received a non-operative LC after signing of the contract, we give 2% Performance Bod. Since the seller in Dubai gets his supplies of Metal Scrap from whole of UAE and other adjoining countries, his yards are scattered all over and therefore yard visit is not possible by the buyer but for Venezuela Scrap, buyer can visit the yard after signing the contract. Please let me hear your intent enabling us to send you soft offer together with pictures of the offered HMS-1/2 scrap from Dubai. For Venezuela scrap, since we have SGS Visual Certificate to produce, and since buyer is allowed to visit yard. I wait to hear about your interest in our offered scrap, if any.
