RFQ Description

Dear Mr. Cane,We have a BG Buyer interested in a BG transaction with the following procedure:PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASE OF FRESH CUT BG TRANSACTION:1)Seller will send Corporate Invoice at a Purchase Price of 50.00% + 2.00% (2.00% - As commissions to consultants) total will be 52.00% of the full face value of the BG if the Corporate Invoice is sent Bank to Bank by SWIFT it will be good or it could be certified by the Bank it will also be good before it is sent out by the Seller to the Buyer or else in the worst case scenario the Buyer will still accept the Corporate Invoice from the Seller Directly.2)Upon receipt of the Corporate Invoice the Buyer will send out a SWIFT MT 199, that the Buyer is capable of Buying the Bank Guarantee from Buyer’s Bank to Seller’s Bank.3)Upon receipt of the SWIFT MT 199 from the Buyer’s Bank thereafter the Seller will send out a SWIFT MT 799 Pre-Advise of the BG.4)Upon receipt of the pre-advise SWIFT MT 799 The Buyer’s Bank will issue to Seller’s Bank via SWIFT a Payment Undertaking or an ICBPO (Irrevocable Corporate Bank Purchase Order)5)Upon receipt of the Buyer’s Payment Undertaking or ICBPO at Seller’s Bank thereafter the Seller’s Bank will send out the BG via SWIFT MT 760 including all relevant details of the BG such as CUSIP NO, ISIN NO6)Upon verification of the BG received via SWIFT MT 760 at Buyer’s Bank thereafter the Buyer’s Bank will release to the Seller’s Bank within eight (8) business hours the payment equivalent to 52.00% of the full face value of the BG to Seller’s Bank7)Upon receipt of the Payment equivalent of 52.00% of the full face value of the BG the consultants fee of 2.00% is directly paid by the Seller from his end to all consultants involved and the Hard Copy of the BG is sent by Seller’s Bank to the Buyer’s Bank by Bank bonded Courier to reach the Buyer’s Bank not later than seven (7) days at the maximum from the date of receipt of the payment at Seller’s Bank.Please advise, if above procedure is or is not workable for you/your provider.Looking forward to your reply at your earliest convenience.-Best / Mit freundlichen Grüssen Hermann PieperPIEPER TRADING & CONSULTINGPiusallee 23 | D-48147 Münster | GermanyPhone +49-251-45622 | Fax +49-251-51776 | Mobile +49-171-*******Skype: h.pieperAlternative email: *******@*****.com
