Looking for air compressors, air dryers, cng products

RFQ Description

Dear Sir,I require assisting us in the correct selection of compressed air system in some hospital in hand for the moment. The client is requiring optimum cost, good quality with minimum running cost. The hospital compressed air needs is as follows:154 l/s FDA @ 8.2 bar (g)294 l/s FDA @ 5.2 bar (g)Though the traditional design for hospitals is to provide 100% spare with total quantity of demand at higher pressure, then use PRV to reach the lower pressure, which I do not prefer to avoid big machines, high power consumption and high cost. So, I suggest to have the followings:Two individual compressed air circuits for 8.2 & 5.2 bar (g)Each circuit will include two compressors each of 50% capacity, to increase the reliability of the system, and to avoid completely shutting down in case of compressor failure or during maintenance. Also, no need to invest more money in 100% spare.So, the plant will comprises the following main components:Circuit (1): Two rotary oil free compressors, water cooled with VSD each of 77 l/s FDA @ 8.2 bar (g)One Air receiver approx. 960 litersOne Refrigerated air dryer (preferably water cooled type with VSD)Circuit (2): Two rotary oil free compressors, water cooled with VSD each of 147 l/s FDA @ 5.2 bar (g)One Air receiver approx. 1840 litersOne Refrigerated air dryer (preferably water cooled type with VSD)I need the followings:Complete selection of the above mentioned main components with the required specification to be considered in the project technical dataDraft plant room layouts considering proper free area for maneuvering and maintenance, required accessories …etc.Power consumption required for each main componentWater quantity and temperatures required for cooling system of compressor and air dryers, and cold water pipe sizes connection to the equipment.Any other helpful data you see it is important to be taken into consideration during the design phase.
