RFQ Description

This is Jochen Biebach, Electrical Engineer and Electronic Engineer from Germany, more than 30 years expirience as energy consultant worldwide, mainly living in the Dominican Republic and runing a Consultant Company for Electric Energy Issues in the DR. Planty of Users/ Clients are producing there own electrical energy by Solar Panels, without taxes economically available in the DR and use american made Inverter to supply 115 V AC consumers/ appliences.To improve such existing systems it is planed to replace Modified Sine Wave Inverter by Full/ Pure Sine Wave Inverter to economic conditions.As an Excample I have in service since 8th April 2012 shiped by EVERGREEN ENERGY SOLUTIONS, Hong Kong, Type Pure Sin Wave Inverter Charger TRONIC- GSW 3750-24 , which cost me $ 1, 004.00 and is a pain in the neck!!! EVERGREEN sold me me an Inverter second hand, not reliable, not properly tested, not fulfilling the Specification, already re- repaired by the Manufacturer without let me know that there is no support on the island, including stupid/ nonsense RMA- warranty , not sending me any Service instructions to get the Inverter usable / to live. Thus, EVERGREEN does not help to repair this Inverter! Dear Sirs of SUNRAY POWER , please can you send me a Circuit Diagram (or even Service instructions) for the therein installed SUNRAY Control Board 098-06333-00 CNTL-INV.SINEWAVE, PCB 02852, yellow sticker _0162-*******1004 . This due to absence of a service Represantative in the Dominican Republic. - are You, SUNRAY POWER the manufacturer and can you please send me service mail- adress? - Diode D3 is fused on this PCB. Can you please send me technical data for a replacement or your Spar part Lists? - Can You please send me a new Control Board under WARRANTY? PLEASE HELP.
