Hello,We are looking for the constant supply of the machined surface hot forged or hot rolled tool steel square bars 22 x 208 x 1004 mm with the following chemical composition:Tool steel No.1 (this chemical composition has no standard number!!! It is the same as CALDIE steel from Uddeholm):C: 0,7 % (0,68-0,72 %)Mn: not less than 0,5 %Cr: not less than 5 %Mo: not less than 2,3 %V: not less than 0,5 %P: must be less than 0,01 %S: must be less than 0,01 %Si: 0,2 %Fe: 90,8 %Tool steel No.2:The DIN number of the required goods: It is X48CrMoV8-1-1The chemical composition required is:C: 0,50 % - 0,60 %Mn: 0,40-0,50 %P: 0,01 %S: 0,01 %Cr: 8,00 % - 9,00 %Mo: 1,50 % - 1,60 %V: 0,5 % - 0,6 %Process order: EAF + LF +VD + ESRThe steel must be electroslag remelted (ESR). After EAF procedure the steel must be clean enough: i.e. P: must be equal or less than 0,025 % and S: must be equal or less than 0,025 %. After ESR S: must be less than 0,01 %.In order to avoid confusions and mistakes, please inform me the time of holding steel in Ladle furnace (in LF and VD operations) and intensity of argon circulation.
