Dear Sirs, The conditions under which we confirm our interest in your Gold Dust (Dore Bars) are described hereunder and we kindly ask you to read them very carefully. Their acceptance is essential in order for us to enter into any business with you. 1. We buy on a Germany basis only without any advance of money. We can assist you with our embassy for VISA application by your representative(s) or delegate(s) and with the Hotel reservation that the embassy will require. 2. We buy only against regular export invoices and documents (all documents requested by your national Customs authorities for export of this commodity). 3. Every shipment will have to be accompanied by your representative(s) or delegate(s) travelling on the same flight with the cargo. To facilitate our operations with the German Customs you will let us have copy of your export documents two days in advance. 4. Immediately after arrival of your delegate(s) and clearing through Customs of the goods these will be loaded on an armoured vehicle (where your delegates will stay if they do wish so) and we shall go by car to one of Germany in the heart of the gold processing industry. The refinery will check the weight and quality of your product and proceed to its smelting.
