HiI ordered on 14/12/15 from Eglobal Central UK (order number *******) a Sony Alpha A6000 with 16-50mm Lens Digital Mirrorless Camera (PAL) - Black (Code: CMLCSON000330 and a Sony 64GB 70MB/s Class 10 SDHC SF64UY2 Memory Card (Code: CMEMSON00037). On 17/12/15 I was sent an email telling me the order had been dispatched and giving me a tracking link to a DPD webpage. That webpage has consistently told me that DPD has NOT received the parcel from DGS although it had been told that it would be available for collection on 17/12/15. Dewspite several messages troEglobal using the inadequate contact system on the web site, I have not received an update on the status of my order. What is happening?
