Im looking for sweet almond kernel, if all our demands are met with the documents and specifications as below so we are interested in a contract for 600 tons to begin with QUALITY OF GOODS1. Quality of Goods, delivered under to the present Contract, must correspond to the international standards and meet the following requirements: - According to the terms of the present Contract only the Goods of crop 2013 - The kernels and flake should be completely cleared and released from alien subject matters as stipulated in the allergy information form; - The products of other color, with a mould, rotten is not supposed; 2. The Goods quality delivered according to the present Contract must be certified by corresponding documents:- Phytosanitary Certificate- Certificate of origin- Protocol of analysis of products sample.- Radiological Certificate- others documentIn addition to the above, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with the originals of the following documents for the deliverable lot of Goods maximum 48 hours before goods arrive at discharge port:• Invoice in 2 copies;• Packing list;• CMR;Other documents, required for the export of Goods out of the customs territory of Your country in accordance with the Swedish legislation in force.
