We need Cold storage to store Food products

Dear Sir Assalamu alikkum This is Fairose basha working for Shwahed al muthaheda company in Khobar , We are going to Trade the Ice cream products from The European country. So that We need to know that what are the documents required for Customs clearance ? And as well as we need the cold storage facility in Monthly basis rental. Below our product details , initially we are going to pull two containers (20 Feet) from the European country. So that I would like to know the Rent of Cold store per month to store our products. What is Your customs charges to Clear customs (we will do it in regular business, hopefully we will pull two container (20 feet) in every month)? Our product details is below for kind attention. Product- Ice Cream Size of Euro Pallet - 800 mm W x 1200 mm L x 1900 mm H No of Pallets-20 Temperature to be maintained in Cold store- Below (29 C) ,i.e. below minus 29 degree centigrade . In cold store will you provide the Fork lift for handling the pallets to move ?
