Verifiable offers for:Cement: FOB or C&F for South Africa, (Durban preferable); both FOB and C&F alternatives would be useful.Quality: SABS: 50197-1 / SABS EN 197-1:2000: 42.5N; Mill will need to be SABS Certified. We can facilitate SABS Certification for any mill that does not have it, but manufactures to EN 197.Inspection: SGS at loadport; cost 50/50 seller/buyerQuantity: 100,000 MT per month in three 35,000 - 40,000 mt loads (requires 8 vessels to supply this quantity from China with back-cargoes - 80 day round trip)Packing: 50kg paper/PE printed bags; 40 bags (pockets) in a 2MY PP outer sling bag.Contract Term: 12 months with extensions, but including annual pricing breaks.
