Dear Angela,I bought 2 gps trackers few month ago.This device had never functioned. I sent a movie who showed that the leds flashed always the same way (with or without sim card)I sent back the equipments 2 times because the first time nobody take delivery of the parcel.The first of May Mr Liao asked me if I wanted to share the shipping cost and I answered that I sent the equipments 2 time and I didnt ask your company to share the cost with me and furthermore I will have to pay the custom clearance one more time.Until today I am without news of my GPS.At last, I know perfectly that your GPS will never work in Thailand, because when you sell it you say this can work everywhere in the world but after when I report my problem you say this device cannot function with 3G sim card. So you sell device with obsolete technology.No matter, I bought it and I want to retrieve them.I will not stop to send messages until I receive my devices or you pay me back.Best regardsHerve Gosne
