IMMEDIATELY AFTER FINAL ASSAY REPORT IS ISSUED BY AA REFINERY, BUYER WILL EXECUTE FULL PAYMENT BEFORE OWNERSHIP IS TRANSFERRED TO HIM.TOTAL AMOUNT :THE WEIGHT OF 99.95% (24K) RHODIUM OR PLATINUM DELIVERY TERMS:1.delivery will need to take place as early as possible in the morning, preferably 9 am. During the Sellers delivery to AA Refinery, Sellers representative will be physically present at AA Refinery to insure all procedures have been followed and actual delivery was completed to AA Refinery.2.The delivery terms shall be on ‘Delivery Basis to the Buyers at AA Refinery Counter (FRONT DESK WITH BUYER PRESENT), Buyer is solely responsible for all taxes and export costs to legally export the Minerals.3.The Buyers Name and Address should be stated on the Letter Of Intent as indicated hereinafter.4.Further deliveries and frequencies to be agreed upon with the same terms and conditions.5.All Refinery costs are paid by the Buyer for Minerals purchased.6.In the event of fake Minerals being delivered, Seller shall be responsible for all costs and punished for such attempt.IMPLEMENTING PROCEDURES:7.Buyer and Seller sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement, where delivery protocol is lined out. Each page initialed.8.Seller will meet the Buyers Representative either in the morning of delivery or before, the local facilitator (for Buyer) if any will also meet the Seller at Office before the morning of the delivery.9.Mineral is handed in and weighed. Voucher completed stating weight. (The Mineral is owned by the Seller until Payment and Ownership Transfer).10.Seller will be received by Buyer/Buyers Facilitator at AA Refinery.11.Seller and Buyer/Buyers Facilitator receive Assay Report completed, showing start weight, end weight, carat/purity.12.The mineral is deposited to buyers account while Payment is made (ownership remains solely with the Seller until Payment and transfer is made).13.Upon receipt of payment, ownership of the Mineral will be transferred to the Buyer.NOTICES:Any and all notices required to be given by one party to the other party to this Agreement shall be in writing and by posting the same by certified/recorded post at the address or addresses as stated in this Agreement.
