WE are looking for 5-10 young laborers drop-out from school especially from Palawan Island. They will have acommodation while in Plantation areas & training will be given for them in palm oil and rubber includes harvesting & processing rubber latex. Now for two years works will be in the maintenance & upkeep expose them to be a skilled laborer in palm oil & rubber. Medical treatment, annual increment of salary, insurance are provided for by the management. They must have proper document work here in Sabah for five years contract. Deligent, loyal & hardworking laborer will receive annual incentive. Minimum pay is Rm600.00 per month. Trained rubber tapper pay will be Rm1K to Rm2.5K per month. Training provided by the company.
