I am studying the possibility to install your valve on my big bags. I need to make vacuum on my big bags via the valve.Valve should be installed on aluminum liner inside a big bag. There are pellets inside the big bag.I receive a big bag without a vacuum valve. Due to internal reasons, I cannot order a big bag with its valve included. For that reason I have to install the valve one by one while a new big bag is filling in.Valve should be stick (installing the valve internally via sticker? welded from outside?) on the aluminum liner.I must install the valve and remove the air from the big bag in 1 or 2 minutes.Currently I have a vacuum equipment with a flex which should be connected to the valve.Flexs diameter is around 40 mm but if required I could change it for getting a good connection between the flex and your valve.Type and size of valve should be proposed by you taking into consideration my comments above. I have done a test but the experience was not 100% successfulThe holes valve was really small so it took me a lot of time to remove the air from the aluminum linerI have just attached:-Valve tested, both sides-Valve installed once the big bag is full. Hole done with a sharp tool. On this test the hole is really small!!-Valve installed internally via sticker-Big bag inlet welded-once it is welded a lot of air remains inside the aluminum liner-vacuum system connected…. On this test it took a lot of time…. -vacuum is over!! It is just a test I did. I guess with this info now you are able to make a proposal. It is also fine if the valve is stick in a different way.The aim is just to remove the air from the aluminum liner once the BBs inlet is welded. Thanks for your support.
