In this concern we would provide our opinion for your kind attention and consideration as follows:1. Commodity: We need heavy 12% and light 8% good quality slack wax for our factory. As per specification of Sepahan oil co2.Packing: We accept 2nd hand good condition M.S. drum3. Basic price: We will aspect offer from you as CFR Chittagong Bangladesh excluding new drum price.4. Payment Terms: We will pay you 30% as cash advance and the balance will pay after receiving copy B/L from you. In fact we looking for establish L/C to you for USD 250/mt and among the balance amount it will as (30%+70%) in two step.5. SGS Inspection: SGS inspection is not mandatory for us. but you have to inspect the cargo by SGS with your cost and must enclose the inspection copy with the shipping doc6. All documentary expenses will be on your end.7. Delivery date: Delivery must be held within 10 days after receiving 30% advance.8.
