Looking for issuance of bank guarantee, standby letter of credit, credit line

RFQ Description

Dear Sir/MadamWe have a client urgently looking for 500M SBLC under the following schedule and procedure.1st tranche 20M (1st week)2nd tranche 200M (2nd week)3rd tranche 280M (3rd week)Transaction Procedures.1.Party B submits to party A this signed Agreement, together with client informationsheet, corporate board resolution, Non-solicitation letter, Signatorys Passport copy,corporate registration and the irrevocable master fee protection agreement.2.After completed due diligence, Party A countersigns this Agreement and it thus becomesa full recourse commercial contract and returns it to Party B, along with Party Bs fullBanking coordinates and the signatorys passport copy. Both parties shall lodge this agreement with their respective banks at the appropriate time.3.Within Two (2) banking days after this agreement is signed, Party B bank will send RWA(BCL or POF) (Annex A) with face value of 7%+2% via Swift Mt199 from receiving bankto the providers nominated bank. And Provider will confirm of issue BG/SBLC to Party B.4.Within Two (2) banking days after Party As bank receives the RWA via MT199, Party Asbank shall send a MT799 Pre-advice (Annex B) to Party Bs bank. All these shall be transmitted via Bank to Bank.5.Within Two banking days after Party B confirms MT799 pre-advice Party Bs bank shallissue a bank payment Guarantee (Annex C) to Party As Bank.6.Part A confirms Bank payment undertaken and within Two banking days issues BG/SBLC by MT760 (Annex D) ICC 758 format. Party As bank shall provide a copy remitted transmission receipt to Party B for tracing.7.Receiver pays all required fees of 7%+2% to provider and intermediaries in less than 48 Hrs after receiving Hard Copy of the MT760 BG/SBLC into the account provider herein (Therefore the distribution shall be provider 7% + consultants 2%).8.If within two banking days after receipt of MT760 Hard copy and receiver refused to payall fees as specified on this Agreement to the fiduciary account provider shall instruct theissuing bank to put a claim on the BG/SBLC thereby forcing the Receivers bankers toreturn the swift MT760 (BG/SBLC) to the issuing bank.Any unauthorized bank calls, probes or communications or an improper solicitation or disclosure involving any of the banks concerned in this Transaction will result the immediate cancellation of this Transaction and Subject the violating party to damages.I hope to hear from you very soon.Best Regards,Mikhael-
