Dear Sir,Key Notes:Item: Raw BentoniteDelivery: Jebel Ali, UAEContract Volume required: 30 000 ton per year (start contract) with the option to increaseMethod of delivery: shippingInformation:Our company, Sarkipal Investments Ltd is looking for the supplier for the RAW BENTONITE (means not processed, just the clay, completely raw, but only the natural sodium (Na) kind) for the long term deal in a volume of at least 30 000 tons per year to be delivered to Jabel Ali sea port, Dubai, UAE.If you can provide us with such a volume we would like to know what is the quality of your material, place of origin and conditions you are ready to deal.The next step we are going to go is purchasing the samples as maybe 100 kg per grade - so we can inspect it in our laboratory and decide what material is the best choice for us.Our representative is permanently in Dubai so in case you have an office here we can arrange the meeting, otherwise it is possible for us to travel to India and see the mines of yours where we can sign the agreement and make a contract.In the following information you can see the requirements from the API for the suppliers of raw bentonite: Requirements to the Suppliers ofball natural-sodium bentonite clay 1.The Supplier undertakes to supply ball natural-sodium bentonite clay with a warranty of its stable qualitative and quantitative characteristics, and in the volume of supply under the contract. The contract shall be a long-term one, not less than 5 years, and with an annual volume of supply of 30 thousand tones minimum. 2.In order to establish actual qualitative and quantitative characteristics of ball natural-sodium bentonite clay from a specific deposit, relevant samples are required. The samples shall be formed in the following manner:- ore bodies shall be extracted for each deposit in which volume raw materials are characterized by relative uniformity of mineral and chemical composition, texture and structure; a representative sample of raw materials shall be drawn out of each ore body;- if raw materials are supplied separately from each ore body, then the quantity of original samples for research shall correspond to the quantity of ore bodies; the mass of a sample of raw materials from each ore body, which is required for the pursuance of full scale research, shall be at least 50 kg; - if raw materials are supplied from all deposits in a combined flow, integrated samples shall be drawn; the representation of raw materials from each ore body as part of an integrated sample shall correspond to the balance between the volumes of ore bodies as part of the productive stratum of the deposit; the mass of the original integrated sample, which characterizes the raw materials of each deposit, shall be at least 100 kg in that case.
