Dear sir, I work as a researcher at the Building Research Center of the Royal Scientific Society of Jordan and we are currently engaged in a reserach program that aims at assessing the seismic performance of local construction. The program includes testing a certain type of reinforced concrete wall panels wherein we need to use small diameter (4-5 mm) deformed steel bars for the main reinforcement of 1/3 scale wall speciemns. Unluckily, such small diameter bars are not available in Jordan. Therefore, I would like to inquire about the availability of small diameter deformed steel bars and about their mechanical properties (yield and tensile strengths and percent elongation)?
