Mr MArtin MA,I am interested in information on your hydraulic Fleshing Machine. I am thinking of using this machine in a food application: to remove the fat and tissue on fresh pork skins leaving pork skinswithout any fat. I know the smaller working width is 1500 mm. Would you be able to provide a machine with a working width of 500mm? The pork skins we get from the packing plants are small, so 500 mm working width would be plenty. Also, would it be possible to make the machine in mostly stainless steel?, since there is always a lot of water around, which causes corrosion.
