We are seeking a series direct supplier who can supply the following product: Product: Steel Scrap HMS 1 & 2, 80/20mix & Used RailsSpec: ISRI 200-206 Origin: USA, Western Europe if others must be approved by buyer Price: Negotiable Quantity: 30,000mtons per month x 12Packaging: Shipment in BulkTerms of Delivery: CIF / Incoterms 2000 Destination: China / China port Payment: Irrevocable, Auto-Revolving, Transferable, Documentary Letter of Credit 100% at sight PB: Seller issues 2% PB or SBLC from bank to bank Inspection: At loading port by SGS (Sellers expense) and CCIC (Buyers expense) Important Notes: 1. Seller must be able to prove performance by providing freshly taken, dated, close up pictures of stock compositions with a person in front and/or past SGS inspection report (details hidden from buyer) before LOI with soft probe direct from buyer issued.2. Seller must be yard owner(s) or direct authorized seller mandate with own AQSIQ number and in good standing.3. No agent please.4. We are ready to sign NCND and issue LOI with soft probe once all conditions above are met.
