RFQ Description

Would like to inform you that have An urgent inquiry No 2/2009 for supply of ERW plain end steel pipes ranging from 4 - 8 Inches nominal diameter . QTY= ABOUT 1650 MT The attachments include the following files : 1. Schedule 1 . Which covers the specifications of the required pipes . 2. Schedule 2 . Which includes the dimensions & quantities of the required pipes .3. A detailed drawing of the six inches pipe required in schedule 2 table 1 . Tenderer must carefully read and study the attached files / drawing before sending the offer . the offer must be valid for at least 30 days and must contain the following : a. Prices which must be based on the units mentioned in schedule 1 , tables 1 & 2 . should be on the basis of CFR Aqaba Jordan port b. Delivery period taking into consideration that the delivery may be in three consignments the details of which will be settled later through negotiations with the tenderer .c. Terms of payment . - 90 % by irrevocable & confirmed L/C , the balance 10% within 60 days after delivery the goods to Aqaba port - Shipment to be only by OPEN TOP CONTAINERS e. Any deviation from the required specifications must be clearly mentioned in the offer .f. The offer must be sent by a reply E-Mail within not more than one week from the date of this E-Mail letter and will be binding to the tenderer .
