Dear Sir,I am hereby contacting you to gather information about Polyurethane foam production. We are a manufacturing company based in Mauritius.Firstly, I would like to inform you that our company has been recently established and we havent started operating yet. Our project is to build houses or any other types of buildings using sandwich panels and we are using precisely steel structural insulated panels. The PU foam we require is to be used as an insulator inside the sandwich panels. Since we are a new company, we have never used PU foam before nor have we dealt with any PU manufacturer. Here are some of the most important properties which we want the raw materials to possess since we are targeting at a completely environment friendly product.We are looking for PU foam obtained from two pack component, it must not contain any formaldehyde. We are opting for green oils which are renewable (not from petroleum oil).The foam must not be inflammable.
