The elevators for the PC boiler shall be electric, geared traction type, for use as a passenger/maintenance elevator. Elevators shall have a minimum capacity of 5,000 pounds (2.27 tonnes), 200 feet per minute (61 meters per minute) speed, automatic self-leveling with simplex selective collective automatic control operation. The elevator shall include all controls, safety devices, emergency two-way communication, and Facility page/party system. Stainless steel interior liner plates and finishes shall be capable of withstanding heavy use during maintenance activities. Contractor shall not utilize the permanent elevators during construction but will provide suitable temporary material and personnel elevator until turnover of the Facility to the Owner load weight °¥2270kg, speed °¥1.02m/s, hoisting height = 72.6m diesel generator
