RFQ Description

We need a Centerless Grinding machine with min 455 mm dia and 250 mm width Grinding wheel.We give below the details of the components to be centreless ground.We have many components from dia 6.2 mm to dia 38.1 mm with various lengths from 93 mm to 1986 mm, as per the list attached herewith. We have attached 3 sample drawings also. All the parts are cylindrical (round). Most of them are solid except a few which are tubular with minimum 3 mm wall thickness. The material of the parts is Steel with a hardness of about 20 - 25 Rc. Some of the parts have keyways but no holes. The stock removal will be 0.3 mm to 0.4 mm on diameter. The grinding accuracy on dia should be within 0.02 mm. We are looking for a Centreless Grinding machine with Hydraulic Control and not CNC Control. The machine should have supports of each 2 m long on either side of the machine for long bar grinding. The work rest blade should be either independent or integral with regulating wheel with depth of cut is to be given from grinding wheel side to enable through feed grinding of long bars. -We need form Milling cetturs. -We need Plasma Coating Equipments and Plasma Coating Powders. - machine tools, cutting tools, plasma coating equipments BAKELITE (THERMOSETTING) MOLDS
