dear Greta:I hope you remember me. My wife and I were with you and your boss at your Factory and had some drying clothes hangers made by you. I need your help in resolving a serious problema that I have faced because the gear mechanism is made of a very por material and has resulted in almost 100% rejection from my clients, as the gear brakes very easily. I need about 450 gear parts to be able to replace the faulty part, therefore I request that you tell you boss and try to find a solution, which of course means that that part has to be supplied and made of Steel. I hope that you contact me back so we can find a solution and I may order more of the hangers after we have solved this problem. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
