Please provide me the quote for an Electrostatic Oiler for our push pull type pickling line on CIF, Ho Chi Minh City basis, very urgently, for our customer in Vietnam. Also please include the travel expenses including ticket charges to your quote for the same. Type : Push Pull Type Semi Continuous Pickling Line Line Speed : 0 - 180 mpm. Hand of Line : Left to Right Strip width : 750 - 1300 mmStrip Thk : 1.5 - 4.0 mmRequisitesDirect oiling of both surfaces of the steel strips.Control of the oil output as a function of the strip speed.Oil quantity settable from 0.5 to 2,0 g/m2 each side.Use of No. 1 type of protective oil.Controlled heating of the oil to be applied including an exclusive closed loop system and blade heating device.Quotation should be 1.
