Dear Sir,As you are manufacturing Bottom Pouring Sets for Steel Ingots. Can we manufacture the same but with our design? I will be sending sketches of my Requirement.(Deatails are given here Pl sned your E-Mail address on which I will send the sketches.) We have got non-ferrous foundry. Our working temperature is 1200degree centigrade. I am sending herewith sketches to you. Publication 2: It is the sketch of Well. The metal coming from sprue will be change its direction with the help of this well. Sizes of well is given. You have to make for 25 mm, 35mm, 45mm, 55 mm Dia. These are internal dia Other dimensions will change accordingly. you can keep 20mm thicness for refractory material. Outside porion will be square.Publication 1. This is is a Filter Holder. We are putting 3x3, 4x4, 6x6, 8x8 filters in the gating system to remove the slag from metal. To hold the filters tightly we want to make filter holder.For each filter 2 Nos of Filter Holders will require. Filter is kept in between the filter holder as shown in the Publication 3Publication 3It is the assembly of sleeves well & filter holder. First sleeve will be there. Under sleeve filter holder is fitted. Under Filter holder again Sleeve will be fittted. Under this sleeve Well will be fitted. To this well at the side bigger size of sleeve will be fitted which is then connected to the casting. So I require 25mm, 35mm, 45mm, 55mm 57 mm refractoy sleeves the lengths full length(300 to 350mm), half the length(150mm) & 100mm length or with the combination of two or more sleeves to adjust the length of runner with Male Female attrachments..I can purchase minimum 2 tons of materials in one lot.
