I am after 6 M 10 M portable seperate room for shower /toilet and also kitchen. It needs to have a galvanised steel base , with adjustable legs or with wheels , insulated sandwich foam walls and tin sandwhich foam roof, double glazed alumiuim widows and double sliding door , 2 bedroom and if possible to be able to split it down the middle ie3M 10m each section with fold down adjustable legs so no need for footings or on wheels .
