HiWe are having an upcoming requirement of :1. Pre-Painted Alu-Zinc(Galvalume) Coils.Specification:a. Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel as per AS 1397.b. Coating class AZ150(min. 150 gms/m2 Zinc- Aluminium Alloy coating mass, total of both sides)c. Primer service coat : 5 microns Epoxy / PU on both sides.d. Color Coating : Regular Modified Polyester (RMP) & Silicon Modified Polyester (SMP)e. Painting Thickness (TOP) : 20 microns over primer.f. Painting Thickness (BOTTOM) : 5 microns over primer.g. Tensile Strength : 550 mpah. Thickness : .45mm, .47mm, .50mmi. Coil Width : 1220mm2. Non-Color Alu-Zinc(Bare Galvalume) Coils.Specification:a. Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel as per AS 1397.b. Coating class AZ150(min. 150 gms/m2 Zinc- Aluminium Alloy coating mass, total of both sides)c. Tensile Strength : 550 mpad. Thickness : .45mm, .47mm, .50mme.
