Dear supplier.I urgently require a supply of scrap steel for melting purposes. A supply of 10 000-30 000 mt/month is required depending on your supply capability.please send your prices for all or any of the following if you can meet quantities:HMS1&2 as per ISRI codesused rails R50-R65low grade ferrous melting scrap (must not be thin materials though)Please indicate price in USD/MT and quote on CIF/CFR basis to Rizhao port China.Please supply full product spec and photos Please indicate port of loading and delivery schedule. We require immediate delivery after payment instrument.We issue non-transferable irrevocable LC payable at sight in loading port, but if you require finance to transport we could possibly arrange deposit to be drawn from LC based on initial inspection in yard by SGS or MITRA or similarWe are a serious buyer and only want offer from companies or persons who can prove existence and validity of offer. Thus we DO NO ISSUE BCL, IMFPA, NCNDA, LOI, etc, etcWe simply check credentials and validity of offer and then sign contract and issue LC.
