Hello,I am planning to build a 70sq.mtr house attached to my old house in Goa. Ground floor will have kitchen+bathroom toilet+bedroom. 1st floor one master bed room with a balcony and a single bed room. Also if possible I want to keep a tarace. I would like to know if you can provide approximate cost of the construction. Also want to know if you can help with a design.What about the quality and life span I will get using precast. How is the quality proved to the customer. Do you give some certificate or documents where its mentioned about the grade of the material used?I wanted to use combination of steel precast pillars and precast concrete slabs,walls to build the house.
