Dear Steve,How are you?I am very much shocked and surprised to receive your mail and never expected such mail from your end.Instead of lodging our complaint with your company regarding the deficiencies and defects in the machines, you are threatening us to stop the supply of items which are not functioning and which you had committed to despatch by air within 3 days of reaching China.It will be better if you show the Minutes Of Meeting to your MD so that he can also know what rubbish you are trying to sell and cheat innocent people like us. If you are not in a position to talk to your MD, please let me know his e-mail id and we will deal directly with him. We do not have any hesitation in talking to your CMD, please provide his mobile number.Please bear in mind that you have started selling machines in India and if we start talking to your prospective customers in India and tell them about the poor quality of your machines, you will not be able to sell even a single machine in India.We are a 45 years old well established leaders in the trade of Aluminium, Steel Doors, windows, etc. in India and enjoy very good reputation in India and if we start telling people about the poor quality and defective machines that you sell, you cannot sell even a single unit.Hope you will understand the position and would not would not spoil the equation with our company and would despatch the components you had promised immediately, failing which we reserve our right to file a legal suit in the International Court of Law against your company solely at your risk, cost and responsibility.Awaiting your positive response.Regards,Ishaan MehraSuper Steel Window Co.
