RFQ Description

We are in the process of finding a contractor who can build our house from the plans we have designed. We are interested in using steel framing with drywall interior finish and exterior brick or stone veneer. We would like to have sidewall and ceiling insulation with central ducted air conditioning and a dedicated water well. And, as I use a wheelchair to get around, we have designed the home on one level with no steps. Additionally, I want to install the footers at grade level and raise the home to a level of 5 block courses above grade, with the garage at this level and a sloped driveway to the garage entrance.Please let us know if you are interested in providing a bid for this project.Frank Geyer
