RFQ Description

Please READ the following and only information RELATE to the washing machine!!! Any junk mail will be REPORTED!!!We are looking for a spiral blanching machine to replace the current washing machine, which is single tank and spiral. Our requirements are as follow:1.There are 3 separated tanks that we can maintain different temperatures ranging from 10 to 60C. We have steam pipes and cold water pipes that we can connect to the proposing machine. As long as the machine has temperature control circuits and auto adjust valves it should be fine.2.The motor drives the spiral has to be speed adjustable and in two directions. We would like to control the washing time for different product lines. The ideal machine could work in either one direction or in one direction and then auto switch to the other.3.Our floor space is limited. Therefore we would like to keep its length within 6 metres; 8 metres would be the maximum.4.It is essential that the machine is able to resist corrosion since we put salt and other chemical in the process.5.It is important that the machine is easy to maintain as we have to clean up the machine at the end of each production day.6.It is more appreciate that thermocouples are fitted into each tank that we can connect to our SCADA system to monitor the process.
