RFQ Description

Need shirring elastic that is attached to/part of cotton tape. Tape is sewn onto the appropriate part of garment to give shirring AND stretch - such as a waistband that has stretch/flexibility to accomodate different size waist measurements to a limited degree. Would like 1-1 1/2 inch wide tape. Needs minimum of 50 yds - maximum of 100 yds.
