RFQ Description

We like to apply for a tender. In this case for all prisoners. It will be a contract, if granted for 4 years. Please find attached a full list of all personal care articles needed. The volumes stated will be the expected quantities a year. Based on experience figures of previous years but no guarantee. A first order will probably reach this volume. Of course it is without saying that all articles must fulfill the European standards. I know you once mailed me a Saso test certificate. Since the 11th July 2013 all personal care items must meet the requirements of the Cosmetics Regulation of the European community and be registered in a database of the European community (CPNP). So it is important that these basic personal care items were delivered to Europe after this date and that they are already registered in the database.If any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Of course all items must be packed as normal (hygienic) and packed in a master cartons please state volume per master-carton if known already.J.L.
