Dear Susan,I am not sure if my previous mail came through, so I repeat here:We bought 2 soft-ice machines last year from your company: TK 836.Last year and this year again we have serious technical problems after the valves of the gear box broke. Since then, the electronic steering and control does not work properly. The machine basically does not stop when the ice cream is already hard enough. It takes maybe one hour or longer to finally arrive at 100. But then, the machine and engine cannot turn any more tha blenders. We have to wait for half an hour until the ice cream gets softer and then we can serve ice cream. So, we urgently need 2 new control boards.
