Dear Sir/MadamGreetings from PACO Trading and Investment Consulting Co., Ltd (Vietnam – www.vnpaco.com). I am Thanh – sale and procurement staff.We are a firm which imports OCC papers in Vietnam and we would like to receive your quotations for the OCC papers with the following specifications:1. Specification : JOCC 95/5%• Old Corrugated Container (OCC): 95%• No PE, plastic lamination or wax coated• Moisture : 12% max• Total Outthrows not exceed: 4%• Prohibitive not exceed:1%• Other specification according to PS 20082. Price: CIF Hai Phong port, Vietnam3. Quantity: 2000-3000 tons/month and the quantity will be increased to 5,000 – 10,000 tons if the price and quality of OCC are ok.4. Do you have the (i) test analysis report for both the quality and quantity and (ii) Phytosanitary certificate? Because we have to follow the Laws on Environmental Protection in Vietnam5. Contract sample6. After we reach agreement on all terms and conditions of the contract, we would like to take a visit to your factory and please advise us the convenient time for you.7.
