Looking for refined, recycled used fuel oil, engine oil and lubricants oil

This is the Nature and Futuer.Ltd which is waste disposal and improting refined fuel oil in Korea. We are interested in importing refined used engine oil(refined fuel oil) . Now we are using imported oil from Malaysia and Indonesia but, quantity is small, so we are looking for anyther new seller. Specification that I am looking for is water and sediment content 3% below, sulful content 0.5% under, ash content 0.8% around, calorific value gross is more than 10,000 kacl. One of the most important thing is price and if its possible, please send us CIF price to Busan port of Korea. The quantity that we need is about 300tons per month.
