RFQ Description

Can you confirm whether the casing for this cabinet wall hanger is steel, or just the mechanism. My cabinet has fallen of the wall 3 times since Christmas as although the mechanism of the blocks is steel, the casing is of inferior quality plastic which keeps shattering allowing the lever to twist.
