RFQ Description

I need Swift software for sending a swift message to trigger my receivers line of credit - in favor of the senders account holder at HSBC and/or Barclays.I already have the sender and receiver, both banks have already agreed to work together on these transactions - I just need someone to send a 1 way swift message, that is it! NO $ is being sent from the swift provider - it is ONLY a swift message to the receivers bank - initiating the pay slip and credit line which the receiver provides to the sender. It is a 1 way transfer. The Swift Message is cited within 48 hours, and you get paid within another 48 hours. The receiver ALREADY has his own swifter, but is giving this to me as a favour.I have 3 mt760s ready to go from HSBC and Barclays. 1.25% fees to swifter. Ask Buyerm face value on the two, and Ask Buyerm on the other. I have full verbiage. This 1 way message that is sent from the swifter is needed by the receiver so that it knows the senders account holder has good enough credit to obtain the SBLC - on behalf of Barclays and/or HSBC (mt760). If the senders account holder doesnt pay it back within 1 year and a day, then senders bank are on the line.This is very different than what most people are used to. It is Primary Banking, not Secondary. There are no upfront banking fees involved - no charge. Your swifter will only need to send the 1 way message, that is all. You may ask why does a 3rd party need to be able to send the SWIFT? The truth is that the guy handling this is giving me the opportunity - just to help me out. He already has some 30 reps that are doing this for him, who already have their own swifters. He is giving me/us this chance just to help us out.Once we do this, I can get up to 5 per day.
