Good day to you,Can you quote urgently for the supply of 200lt drums TRICHLOROETHYLENE. Pricing must be based n the following options1) FOB (NEAREST PORT TO YOUR FACTORY) 2) CIF TAKORADI, GHANA (WEST AFRICA)Quantities : QUANTITIES WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCT.Ultimately we require 30 drums total inventory, of which 3 drums will be used per month for 10 months.From a cost perspective it would be more beneficial to ship the full quantity of 30 drums, but we must be assured that the SHELF LIFE is in no way compromised.The TRICHLOROETHYLE will be used for bitumen extraction in road works laboratory and full chemical specifications per batch will be required along with the PRODUCT LITERATURE AND MSDS.This is a very urgent enquiry so would appreciate if you could confirm at your earliest whether you are able to supply based on requirements detailed above. Intertek/SGS inspection may be called for at time of loading. If so, the required CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMITY/clean report of findings based on an on-site inspection at manufacturers loading point must be available with all other documentation requirements.Please confirm lead times from date order is placed to time product is loaded onto ship. Please also indicate the transit time from port of loading to destination port in Takoradi, Ghana. If possible, please provide indications of preferred shipping lines used.The specifications in terms of packing/weights/measurements of drums, type of drums etc. must be detailed in your quotation, along with manufacturers recommended harmonised tariff number.Your payment terms should be detailed in the quotation.
