Dear Ms. Gladys,We are the owner of a 7,5 kw 400 Volt 3-phase genratorset I think Your factory manfactured i 1999 and Serial no. is 8688. The unit driven by a 1 sylinder water cooled diesel engine. The engine is working fine.Our problem is that this genrator unit do not give voltage at all. There migt be some fault at the Voltage regulator. How ever e tought it should give poer anyway?Do you have a manual for this generator ? If we mangae to find the problem can we by spare parts from you?In worst case e might have to buy a New genetrator from you.
