Looking for XPE (crosslinked PE foam, similar to EVA foam but stiffer) blocks, packaging application, for foam fabrication and distribution business in the US. Charcoal color, skived sheets (skins removed top and bottom) . No laminations to achieve thickness, solid blocks only. We now use 5 grades, 1-2 containers per month of each grade. 1) 30 KG / cu. Meter, Hardness 50 on Shore (OO) scale or 12 on Shore A scale. 101. 6 mm thickness skived sheets 2) 60 KG / cu. Meter, Hardness 70 on Shore (OO) scale or 22 on Shore A sclae. 50. 8 mm and 101. 6 mm thickness skived sheets 3) 90 KG / cu. Meter, Hardness 80 on Shore (OO) scale or 40 on Shore A scale. 50. 8 and 101. 6 mm thick skived sheets 4) 140 KG / cu meter, Hardness 90 on Shore (OO) scale or 53 on Shore A scale. 50. 8 mm and 76. 2 mm thick skived sheets 5) 230 KG / cu. Meter, Hardness 63 on Shore A scale, 50. 8 mm thick skived sheets. No brokers, please. We like to deal direct with a plant and have a long-term relationship there.
