Dear SirI am looking for detecting sensor for 1064nm infrared illuminator.The pulse illuminator’s specification is as below.1.Rise&fall time per 1 pulse : 12ns2.Pulse frequency per 1second : 20Hz3.Power : none of informationLUMAX will make several test target for a high speed photo detector, so has to buy a suitable sensor soon.However, I sought data of Part No : 3AMSB00 in Koer LED website.I saw its photodiode’s datasheet but I did not understand it exactly.First, how many energy of 1064nm could excite the photodiode of 3AMSB00?Do you have a test graph that is energy’s level vs. photovoltaic’s level about 3AMSB00?If the infrared illuminator irradiate very high level light to the 3AMSB00 continuously, what happens to the sensor?
