RFQ Description

Dear sir/madam, We here in samtel machine Design Manufacture Full Turnkey Projects for our esteemed customers. We have an enquiry for an attritor in our process line that could mix/grind 15-20kg of ceramic powder material of density 1.2-2.0 gm/cc to a fine powder form of particle size 1.5 to 2 microns in a milling time of 30 minutes. Mill vessel should be made of SS316 material with very high surface finish inside (RMS 0.5 microns). Baffles made of SS 440 should be fitted in to the shaft. Shaft is to be inserted through Teflon bush and bearing assembly fixed on the lid. An o ring should be provided between the lid and the vessel for leak tight sealing. There should be a provision or the adjustment of the shaft height so that there is a specified gap at the bottom of the shaft. The mill should be driven by a variable speed motor of appropriate rating and 1440 rpm motor of Siemens, Panasonic or Mitsubishi make with IP65 rating. Variable speed drive of Siemens or any other reputed make having provision for auto and manual mode should be used. the digital sensor should measure and display the shaft rpm in the control panel along with the standard switches and display meters.
