THE EXPORT MANAGER, Dear Sirs, Kindly make us an offer/quotation (Proforma Invoice) on C&F Karachi,Inclusive of our commission(5%), separately for each of the following materialAgainst tender bidding / confirmed,irrevocable L.C. The Closing date of offer is 04TH AUGUST, 2012:The Proforma Invoice must indicate offered material specification, competitive FOBunit price,Total amount, sea freight upto Karachi seaport, Total C&F amount, port of shipment, minimum delivery period /validity of your quotation (15-30 days after the due dates mentioned against each) & Mode of Payment (by confirmed/irrevocable L.C. only) against each of our reference number by email/fax. Kindly note that in case of orderyou will have to export the material, hence please ensure that you have valid Export Licence, availability/production facility of material as per strictly required specificationsAnd please also give us your undertaking that after the placement of order/L.C., you will Not refuse to ship the material for any reason because after placement of order/L.C. the buyer cannot cancel the order/L.C. Hence before making the offer/P.I., pl ensure about Its correctness/confirmation having the approval of your Boss.
