RFQ Description

I ordered Joyoung CTS-1098 Easy-Clean Automatic Hot Soy Milk Maker. I tried once the first time I received. However, the machine didnt work properly. The water got hot but the soybeans didnt get mixed. I tried again the other day. It worked with good soy milk. But this morning when I tried again, same problem happened - hot water with un-mixed beans. Pls advise if this is the qualiy issue. And how can I deal with it?
